My name is Keila and I’ve had the pleasure of working at Carolina’s Italian restaurant since 2021 and frankly during my time here I’ve witnessed our best work is driven from each other’s companionship. It’s a place Filled with humorous coworkers who make even the hardest day fly by quick and continue to push me out of my comfort zone. I enjoy spending my free time seeking new adventures surrounded with my friends and family. Personally, one of my favorite dish would have to be Chicken allá Anthony. This dish is a mixture of our house made Alfredo and Meat sauce with mushrooms accompanied with breaded chicken, eggplant, spinach, and topped with a thick layer of cheesy goodness.
