Hi, I’m Shannon. I’ve been a part of Carolina’s since 2015. I consider Carolina’s to be my second home away from home. At home, I play the role of mother and wife. I always have to stay on task, plan and organize the day and to make sure everyone has what they need and through it all I have to throw in some fun and creativity. I bring the same mindset to work so that each person that walks through those doors feels valued and they get a sense of my mama bear spirit, making sure they are taken care of. I strive to give my all to make each guest feel at home and welcomed, all while smiling! My favorite dish is the Spaghetti Chicca which is made with fresh tomatoes, basil and tossed with olive oil and plated with spaghetti pasta.
