Richard has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, working for popular chef inspired restaurants throughout Orange County.  Richard joined the Carolinas team in 2017 and has made many changes to enhance its service-oriented culture.  Richards decision to join the Carolinas team was due to his desire to work with a team that was rooted in the community and believed in quality food and excellent service. Richards favorite dish is Spaghetti with mushrooms and spinach.
